Wheels Inn Reservations

 

Make a Reservation | Modify a Reservations | Cancel a Reservation

  • A deposit of $100 per room is required at the time of reservation. Deposits are charged by credit card.
  • Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, certified cheques or credit card.
  • We do not accept cheques as a form of payment at check-in.
  • During specific periods, a 2-night minimum stay may be required at our Ontario inn. Reservations for 1-night stays will not be accepted during this time.
  • Wheels Inn rates are subject to change.

Group Reservations

Guests can reserve Wheels Inn rooms in a group block (10 rooms or more) through the
Group Sales Department. Reservations for a group can be made by individual payment or a master account.

Individual Payments

For groups making individual payments, the convener supplies the hotel with a rooming list identifying the occupants of each room, individual credit card numbers with expiry dates, and addresses (if available) along with any special requests one month prior to arrival date.

Reservation forms are provided by Wheels Inn. Each individual is responsible for making their own reservation by returning their completed form. Forms must be mailed directly to Wheels Inn a minimum of one month prior to arrival date.

Master Account

You may also choose to reserve Wheels Inn accommodations in a group block and charge them to a master account. One month prior to arrival, the convener must pay the deposit ($100 per room) and provide a rooming list (with first and last names of every guest and the number in each room). The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival (check-in).

Wheels Inn rates for group accommodations and functions are subject to change.

Cancellation of Wheels Inn Reservations

  • Deposits on banquet rooms are non-refundable.
  • Guest room deposits will be refunded if cancellations for individual rooms are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
  • If cancellations are made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival, the deposit will not be refunded, but can be transferred to a future booking, or a credit voucher will be issued for a future stay.
  • One night’s room and tax will be charged for no-shows.
